Flights, transfers & packages

Working with airlines such as British Airways, Norwegian Air, Brussels Air and Lufthansa we reserve group seats on each flight so the whole team travels together. There are a number of ways to reach the tournament, including more cost effective in-direct routes with flight + coach travel. Please contact us directly for information on group flight times and pricing.

Please note there are only a select amount of flights possible into Gothenburg the week of the tournament each year so these are based on a first come, first served basis.

We have allocations of Hotels and Schools from the tournaments and can package these together with flights which are all covered by our ATOL and Travel Trust Association protection.

We are able to arrange all travel and accommodation itineraries for teams and leaders including transfers from the Airport to the accommodation if needed. Although we are able to offer accommodation to parents HERE, we ask that they book their own travel arrangements directly. Please ensure you arrange your own travel insurance.
